Into the wild is a non-fiction book written by Jon Krakauer in 1996, which was further written, directed and co-produced by Sean Penn and released in 2007. An American biographical adventure drama tells the story of Christopher McCandless, a man who hiked across North America in the early 1990s.

While watching the movie a few days back I came across multifarious scenes which gave me a different perspective to look through. Comprehensively there are 4 points that I loved from the protagonist’s point of view. And I thought to share it with you guys!

  • Money is what makes people cautious, so days are more exciting when you are penniless.
  • Necessarily you don’t need to be strong but to feel strong.
  • If we admit that human life can be ruled by reason, the possibility of life is destroyed.
  • You are wrong if you think that the joy of life comes principally from human relationships.

In a nutshell, this movie gave me goosebumps at certain instances and also taught me to live life up to the mark. It’s not always about the job or the money or some dignified status but the happiness that you find in believing in yourself and taking the step that you always wanted to!
