SHOVEL UP AND YOU’LL WIN.

Please lower the voice of the tv’, I shouted. By now, my hot brew became lukewarm enough to not travel down my throat. This morning I was busy reviewing the book that I recently ordered. The crisp pages smelled refreshing. Turning to the next page, I overheard a tricenarian speaking in her mellow voice about Paralympics. It is the period of the Olympics, and we all have been pretty excited about our favourite competitors. There is not even a single player whose move we can miss out on. They are all champions and there’s no doubt about it! But you know what made me curious to look back at the news? Around 5000 athletes from 159 countries participate in the Paralympics and over 4.1 billion people across the globe WATCH PARALYMPICS. I mean that is so progressive and delightful to know!!
Paralympic games are a series of multi-sport events involving athletes with a range of disabilities. I am totally in love with this concept.
Isn’t this crazy? So many individuals just aspire to win, constantly hustling, trying to prove themselves, who only dream to see their country’s flag on the top, despite few setbacks, they chose to TRY. A sense of patriotism arose in me. What a feeling it must be! So exhilarating! A voice disrupted me suddenly, I glared and found my phone ringing. It was time for my online classes. I experienced a disgusting feeling inside me this time. All unhappy now.
I feel useless sometimes. Even after having everything, why do we humans tend to complain about stuff? This is a never-ending mystery tbh. I left my brew undrunk and went into the room for my classes.
